SEPTEMBER 2024

Construction officially started after the symbolic tapping on the foundation stone by the representatives of All New Development, the Podlipný Sladký architekti studio, and Svoboda & Williams.

By symbolically tapping on the foundation stone, the investor launched the construction of the boutique Villa Gallery residence. Located in a sought-after neighborhood full of stately villas close to the Vltava River, the project, which will merge premium standards with art, will be completed in the first half of 2026.

Construction work will soon be underway on a sunny southern slope below Vyšehrad. The boutique Villa Gallery residential project will consist of 9 spacious apartments designed for the most discerning clientele in mind. The advantages of its exclusive location in Podolí surprisingly but pleasantly include living in close proximity to the city center, uninterrupted views of the Vltava River, a quiet private garden for moments of relaxation, and stress-free parking.

“You won’t find a similar residential villa this close to Old Town Square. Villa Gallery combines all the benefits of the big city with perfect privacy and a quiet dead-end street. The walk up the Podolí Stairs to Vyšehrad or the metro takes only 5 minutes, and in the same time you can get down to the river as well. In terms of location, it’s a truly exceptional spot,” state Jiří and Petra Šalda, whose boutique All New Development company is behind the project.

They entrusted the Podlipný Sladký architekti studio with designing the villa. “Villa Gallery naturally copies the terrain of the steep slope on which it’s set so as to blend in with the surrounding area with a light touch,” explains Ing. arch. Luděk Podlipný. “The place has a unique atmosphere and the views of the Vltava River are breathtaking. We factored all of this in and tried to enhance it in our designs,” adds Ing. Martin Sladký.

The boutique residence will be surrounded by a green oasis—terraced gardens from the workshop of the renowned Ferdinand Leffler’s studio Flera. The composition of the individual apartments allows for a connection between the interior and exterior, something that most people seek. All of the units have large-format windows leading to terraces and the two apartments on the first floor are extended by private gardens. As its name suggests, besides top quality facilities, the residence will also feature art.

“This project boasts so many unique parameters that it has garnered intense interest since day one. The developers and I believe that the apartments will sell very successfully,” says Jan Mráz, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams, which has been exclusively charged with the sale of Villa Gallery’s units.
